SCACD Elizabeth Bell

A card with the super sweet SCACD Elizabeth Bell I Heart Ya for you today.

I've used my PrismaColor pencils to colour her. I've cut her out and backed her with a bit of Tulle.

The sparkly heart was cut from card then covered in layers of Glossy Accents and glitter to give it dimension, but you could easily use Stickles glue as well.
